Ingredients

  • 2 8 Ounces (oz) packages cream cheese, packaged
  • 0.5 Cups (cup) white sugar
  • 0.5 Teaspoons (tsp) vanilla extract
  • 2 Whole eggs
  • 0.5 Cups (cup) pumpkin puree
  • 0.5 Teaspoons (tsp) cinnamon, ground
  • 0.125 Teaspoons (tsp) cloves, ground
  • 0.125 Teaspoons (tsp) nutmeg, ground
  • 1 9 Inch prepared graham cracker crust

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract. Use an electric mixer to beat the mixture on medium speed until smooth. Blend in the eggs. Reserve 1 cup of the cream cheese mixture and set it aside. Pour the remaining mixture into the prepared graham cracker crust.
  3. Into the reserved cream cheese mixture, stir in the pumpkin puree, cinnamon, cloves, and nutmeg. Pour this pumpkin mixture over the top of the plain filling in the crust.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 35 to 40 minutes, or until the center of the pie is almost set. Allow the cheesecake to cool, then refrigerate it for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.
