  • 3 Pounds (lb) cooked shrimp, peeled
  • 4 Whole avocados, peeled
  • 2 Whole cucumbers, diced
  • 3 Large tomatoes, diced
  • 1 Whole red onion, minced
  • 1 Bunch cilantro, minced
  • 2 Tablespoons (tbsp) lemon juice
  • 0.5 Teaspoons (tsp) salt
  • 1 Pinch pepper, to taste

Steps
