Ingredients
- 1 Bunch asparagus, sliced
- 2 Tablespoons tahini
- 1 Tablespoon water
- 2 Tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 Clove garlic, minced
- 1 Pinch white sugar, to taste
- 0.75 Pounds red cabbage, sliced
- 2 Whole radishes, sliced
- 2 Whole green onions, sliced
- 2 Tablespoons feta, crumbled
- 0.25 Cup pine nuts, toasted
- 2 Sprigs dill, divided
Steps
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil over high heat. Blanch the asparagus until just tender, then drain and immediately plunge into ice water to stop the cooking process. Once cold, drain and slice the asparagus diagonally into 1-inch pieces.
- In a small bowl, mix together tahini, water, lemon juice, and minced garlic. Add sugar to taste and stir until well combined.
