- 1 - 16 Ounces (oz) package sage pork sausage, ground

- 1 - Medium onion, minced
- 0.5 - Pounds (lb) fresh mushrooms, sliced
- 1 - 5 Ounces (oz) can water chestnuts, drained
- 0.25 - Teaspoons (tsp) garlic powder
- 2 - Whole eggs, whisked
Steps
- Prepare the instant long grain and wild rice according to the package directions.
- While the rice is cooking, preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
