Ingredients

  • 1 Cup cooked salad shrimp
  • 2 Tablespoons (tbsp) fresh chives, minced
  • 0.33 Cup mayonnaise
  • 1 Tablespoon (tbsp) Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 Tablespoons (tbsp) chili sauce
  • 1 Pinch salt, to taste
  • 2 Whole avocados, halved
  • 1 Tablespoon (tbsp) lemon juice
  • 1 Bibb lettuce leaves, torn
  • 1 Teaspoon (tsp) paprika
  • Sliced pimento peppers, for garnish

Steps

  1. In a bowl, mix the shrimp, chives, mayonnaise, Worcestershire sauce, and chili sauce. Season with salt to taste.
  2. Mound the shrimp mixture into the avocado halves, and sprinkle with lemon juice.
  3. Place the avocado halves on Bibb lettuce leaves that have been dusted with paprika.
