- 1 Whole yellow bell pepper, sliced

- 4 Small potatoes, cubed
- 0.25 Cups olive oil
- 1 Whole lemon, juiced
Steps
- Gather all ingredients.
- Build a campfire and allow it to burn until a bed of coals forms. Rake the coals into a flat bed on one side of the fire.
