- 2 Teaspoons (tsp) curry powder
- 2 Teaspoons (tsp) tandoori masala
- 1 Teaspoon (tsp) garam masala
- 10 Green cardamom pods
- 1 14 Ounces (oz) can coconut milk
- 1 Cup low-fat plain yogurt
- 1 Pinch salt, to taste
