Ingredients

  • 2 Tablespoons (tbsp) Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 Tablespoons (tbsp) low-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 Tablespoons (tbsp) teriyaki sauce
  • 1 Teaspoon (tsp) liquid smoke flavoring
  • 1 Tablespoon (tbsp) molasses
  • 1 Tablespoon (tbsp) sesame seeds
  • 1 Tablespoon (tbsp) brown sugar
  • 1 Teaspoon (tsp) paprika
  • 0.5 Teaspoons (tsp) garlic salt
  • 0.25 Teaspoons (tsp) garlic pepper
  • 2 Teaspoons (tsp) garlic, minced
  • 0.25 Cups canola oil
  • 8 Skinless, boneless chicken thighs, marinated

Steps

  1. In a resealable plastic bag, mix Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, teriyaki sauce, liquid smoke, and molasses until the molasses dissolves.
  2. Add sesame seeds, brown sugar, paprika, garlic salt, garlic pepper, minced garlic, and canola oil to the bag. Mix well.
  3. Coat the chicken thighs with the marinade, seal the bag, and marinate in the refrigerator for 4 hours, redistributing the chicken occasionally.
  4. Preheat an outdoor grill to medium heat.
  5. Remove the chicken from the marinade and shake off excess.
  6. Grill the chicken on the preheated grill for about 12 minutes per side, until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C) and the chicken is firm and opaque.
  7. Discard any remaining marinade and serve the chicken hot.
