Ingredients

  • 2 Tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 Tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 Tablespoons teriyaki sauce
  • 1 Teaspoon liquid smoke flavoring
  • 1 Tablespoon molasses
  • 1 Tablespoon sesame seeds
  • 1 Tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 Teaspoon paprika
  • 0.5 Teaspoon garlic salt
  • 0.25 Teaspoon garlic pepper
  • 2 Teaspoons garlic, minced
  • 0.25 Cups canola oil
  • 8 Skinless, boneless chicken thighs, marinated

Steps

  1. In a resealable plastic bag, mix Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, teriyaki sauce, liquid smoke, and molasses until the molasses has dissolved.
  2. Add sesame seeds, brown sugar, paprika, garlic salt, garlic pepper, minced garlic, and canola oil to the bag. Mix well.
  3. Coat the chicken thighs with the marinade, seal the bag, and marinate in the refrigerator for 4 hours, redistributing the chicken occasionally.
  4. Preheat an outdoor grill to medium heat.
  5. Remove the chicken from the marinade and shake off excess.
  6. Grill the chicken on the preheated grill until it reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees F (75 degrees C) and is firm and opaque, about 12 minutes per side.
  7. Discard any remaining marinade and serve the chicken hot.
