Ingredients
- 0.75 Cups butter, softened
- 3 Tablespoons (tbsp) brown sugar
- 2.5 Cups pretzels, crushed
- 1 6 Ounces (oz) package strawberry flavored Jell-O®
- 2 Cups water, boiling
- 3 Cups strawberries, chilled
- 1 8 Ounces (oz) package cream cheese
- 1 Cup white sugar
- 1 8 Ounces (oz) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
Steps
- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- In a mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter and brown sugar. Add the crushed pretzels and mix well. Press this mixture into the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking pan. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes, then set aside to cool.
- In a medium bowl, dissolve the strawberry flavored Jell-O® in boiling water. Stir in the chilled strawberries and refrigerate until the mixture is partially thickened.
