- 1 Cup macaroni
- 3 Whole eggs
- 0.25 Cup Ranch-style salad dressing
- 1 Teaspoon (tsp) white sugar
- 2 Teaspoons (tsp) white wine vinegar
- 1 Pinch salt, to taste
- 0.25 Teaspoon (tsp) black pepper, ground
- 2 Cups green peas, thawed
- 3 Whole green onions, minced
- 2 Medium sweet pickles, minced
- 2 Stalks celery, minced
- 1 Cup Cheddar cheese, shredded
Steps
- In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook the macaroni until al dente. Rinse under cold water and drain.
- Place the eggs in a saucepan and cover completely with cold water. Bring the water to a boil, then cover and remove from heat. Let the eggs stand in hot water for 10 to 12 minutes. Remove from hot water, cool, peel, and chop.
- Whisk together the Ranch-style salad dressing, sugar, vinegar, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked macaroni, chopped eggs, thawed peas, green onions, sweet pickles, celery, and shredded Cheddar cheese.
