- 2 Cups miniature marshmallows
- 1 Tablespoons (tbsp) milk
- 2 Large egg whites
- 0.25 Cups white sugar
- 0.5 Teaspoons (tsp) vanilla extract
- 0.25 Teaspoons (tsp) salt
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (165°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, 0.33 cup white sugar, melted butter, and 0.125 teaspoon salt. Spread the mixture evenly over the bottom and sides of a 9-inch pie pan.
- Bake the crust in the preheated oven until lightly browned, about 5 minutes. Remove from oven and cool on a rack.
- Increase the oven temperature to 400°F (200°C).
