Ingredients

  • 5 0.25 Ounces (oz) envelopes unflavored gelatin
  • 2.25 Cups boiling water
  • 4 Teaspoons (tsp) almond extract
  • 4 Cups cold water
  • 1.33 Cups white sugar
  • 1 Cup fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 1 Cup seedless grapes
  • 1 Cup cantaloupe, cubed

Steps

  1. Soften the gelatin in 1 cup of cold water.
  2. Add 2.25 cups of boiling water and sugar to the softened gelatin. Stir until thoroughly dissolved.
  3. Add 3 cups of cold water and the almond extract to the mixture. Mix well.
  4. Pour the gelatin mixture into a 9x13 inch pan and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
  5. Once set, cut the gelatin into 1-inch squares.
  6. Serve the gelatin squares in a bowl with the sliced strawberries, seedless grapes, and cubed cantaloupe. Enjoy!
