Ingredients
- 1 Pound (lb) ground beef
- 0.5 Cups unsweetened shredded dried coconut
- 0.25 Cups fresh cilantro, minced
- 1 Whole egg
- 2 Tablespoons (tbsp) lime juice
- 2 Tablespoons (tbsp) Worcestershire sauce
- 1 Tablespoon (tbsp) cream of coconut
- 1 Teaspoon (tsp) soy sauce
- 1.5 Teaspoons (tsp) salt, divided
- 1 Cup mayonnaise
- 2 Teaspoons (tsp) cream of coconut
- 1 Tablespoon (tbsp) fresh cilantro, minced
- 1 Tablespoon (tbsp) vegetable oil
- 1 Cup unsweetened shredded dried coconut
- 0.5 Teaspoon (tsp) salt
- 4 Whole hamburger buns, divided
Steps
- In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, 0.5 cup of unsweetened shredded dried coconut, 0.25 cup of cilantro (minced), egg, lime juice, Worcestershire sauce, 1 tablespoon of cream of coconut, soy sauce, and 1 teaspoon of salt. Knead until well combined and form the mixture into 4 equal patties. Set aside.

- Serve immediately and enjoy the tropical flavors!
