  • 3 Cups (cups) white sugar
  • 3 Large eggs, whisked
  • 1 Cup (cup) crushed pineapple with juice, packaged
  • 2 Cups (cups) bananas, mashed
  • 1 Cup (cup) pecans, chopped
  • 3 Cups (cups) all-purpose flour
  • 1 1/2 Teaspoons (tsp) vanilla extract
  • 2 Teaspoons (tsp) baking soda, sifted
  • 1 Teaspoon (tsp) cinnamon, ground
  • 1 Teaspoon (tsp) salt
  • 1 Cup (cup) maraschino cherries (Optional), drained

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour a 9 or 10-inch bundt pan.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the vegetable oil, white sugar, and whisked eggs. Mix well.
  3. Add the crushed pineapple with juice, mashed bananas, and chopped pecans to the mixture. Stir until combined.
