  • 1 Cup cherry tomatoes, halved (Optional)
  • 1 Cup cucumber, diced (Optional)
  • 1 Cup mango, diced (Optional)

Steps

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked shrimp, minced green onions, and minced celery.
  2. In a separate small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, lemon juice, lime juice, lemon zest, lime zest, and minced dill until smooth. Season with kosher salt and ground black pepper to taste.
