- 1 Medium head bok choy, divided
- 1 Bunch green onions, minced

- 0.25 Teaspoon (tsp) black pepper, ground

- In a large bowl, combine the divided bok choy and minced green onions. Cover and refrigerate to keep them crisp and fresh.
