- 2.5 Cups water
- 2 Whole potatoes, peeled
- 1 Pinch salt, to taste
- 1 Medium carrot, minced
- 1 Stalk celery, minced
- 0.25 Medium onion, minced
- 1 Cube beef bouillon
- 1 Tablespoon olive oil
- 0.5 Cups frozen mixed vegetables
- 10.75 Ounces condensed cream of celery soup
- 0.25 Tablespoon dried parsley
- 0.5 Teaspoon onion powder
- 1 Pinch ground black pepper, to taste

- In a large stock pot, bring 2.5 cups of water to a boil. Add the peeled potatoes and a pinch of salt. Cook until the potatoes are tender and soft.
