- 0.5 Cups sukiyaki sauce
- 0.5 Cups water
- 2 Teaspoons fresh ginger root, grated
- 2 Teaspoons garlic, minced
- 1.5 Pounds beef sirloin steak, sliced
- 2 Heads red leaf lettuce, torn
- 1 Whole onion, sliced
- 1 Bunch radishes, sliced
- 1 Whole English cucumber, sliced
- 2 Whole tomatoes, sliced
- 1 Whole jicama, peeled
- 6 Whole hard-cooked eggs, sliced
- 1 Cup peanut oil
Steps
- In a large bowl, combine soy sauce, sukiyaki sauce, water, ginger, and garlic. Add the sliced beef sirloin and marinate for at least 15 minutes.
- Heat peanut oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the marinated beef and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5 to 7 minutes.
