  • 0.5 Cups sukiyaki sauce
  • 0.5 Cups water
  • 2 Teaspoons fresh ginger root, grated

  • 1.5 Pounds beef sirloin steak, sliced
  • 2 Heads red leaf lettuce, torn
  • 1 Whole onion, sliced
  • 1 Bunch radishes, sliced
  • 1 Whole English cucumber, sliced
  • 2 Whole tomatoes, sliced
  • 1 Whole jicama, peeled
  • 6 Whole hard-cooked eggs, sliced
  • 1 Cup peanut oil

Steps

  1. In a large bowl, combine soy sauce, sukiyaki sauce, water, ginger, and garlic. Add the sliced beef sirloin and marinate for at least 15 minutes.
  2. Heat peanut oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the marinated beef and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5 to 7 minutes.
