- 1 Teaspoon sweet chili sauce
- 1 Medium zucchini, sliced
- 1 Medium carrot, julienned
- 8 Green onions, sliced
- 1 Clove garlic, minced
- 2 Cups cooked rice
- 0.5 Pounds cooked prawns, seasoned
- 2 Tablespoons fresh chives, minced
Steps
- Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat. Pour the whisked eggs into the pan, swirling to coat the surface. Flip the egg after 30 seconds and cook for an additional 20 seconds. Remove from the pan, roll up on a cutting board, slice into thin strips, and set aside.
