Ingredients

  • 4 Cups green peas, steamed
  • 0.5 Cup mayonnaise
  • 0.5 Cup sour cream
  • 2 Tablespoons (tbsp) horseradish, packaged
  • 1 Tablespoon (tbsp) Dijon mustard, packaged
  • 0.25 Cups dill weed, minced
  • 1 Pinch black pepper, to taste

Steps

  1. Gently pat the steamed green peas with a paper towel to absorb any excess moisture. Place the peas in a large bowl.
  2. In a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise, sour cream, horseradish, mustard, and 3 tablespoons of the minced dill weed.
  3. Add the dressing mixture to the peas and toss gently to coat them evenly.
  4. Sprinkle the remaining dill over the top of the salad.
  5. Cover the salad and chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
  6. Before serving, season with ground black pepper to taste. Enjoy your tangy dill pea salad!
