- 1 10 Ounces (oz) package yellow rice, available
- 1 16 Ounces (oz) package frozen chopped broccoli, packaged
- 1 16 Ounces (oz) jar process cheese sauce, packaged
- 1 Cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
- 0.5 Cup panko breadcrumbs
- 2 Tablespoons (tbsp) unsalted butter, melted
- 0.5 Teaspoon (tsp) garlic powder
- 0.5 Teaspoon (tsp) onion powder
- 0.25 Teaspoon (tsp) black pepper
- 0.25 Teaspoon (tsp) kosher salt

- Preheat your oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
- In a medium saucepan, bring 3 cups of water to a boil. Add the yellow rice, reduce the heat to low, cover, and simmer for 20 minutes or until the rice is tender and the water is absorbed.
