- 2 Tablespoons (tbsp) fresh parsley, minced
- 2 Tablespoons (tbsp) fresh chives, minced
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a casserole dish with cooking spray.
- In a small bowl, mix the flour, salt, pepper, onion powder, and nutmeg. Set aside.
