- 1 Small red onion, minced
- 16 Ounces (oz) package small pasta shells
- 1 Tablespoon (tbsp) unsalted butter
- 0.25 Cups brown sugar
- 3 11 Ounces (oz) cans condensed cream of Cheddar cheese soup
- 0.67 Cups Havarti cheese, shredded
- 0.25 Cups Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1.33 Cups Cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 Pinch salt, to taste
- 1 Pinch ground black pepper, to taste
- 1 Pinch garlic powder

- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- In a large pot, bring lightly salted water to a boil. Add the minced red onion and pasta shells. Cook until the pasta is al dente, about 8 to 10 minutes. Drain and transfer the onion and pasta to a large casserole dish.
- Season the pasta mixture with salt, pepper, and a pinch of garlic powder.
- In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the brown sugar and stir until the sugar is dissolved and the mixture is smooth. Pour this over the pasta and stir to combine.
