Ingredients

  • 1 Cup carrots, minced
  • 0.5 Cup onion, minced
  • 4 Cloves garlic, minced
  • 5 Whole habanero peppers, divided
  • 1 Medium tomato, pureed
  • 0.25 Cup water
  • 0.25 Cup lime juice
  • 0.25 Cup white vinegar
  • 1 Pinch salt, to taste
  • 1 Pinch ground black pepper, to taste

Steps
