Ingredients

  • 1 Package pita pockets, divided
  • 2 Tablespoons (tbsp) olive oil
  • 1 Tablespoon (tbsp) garlic powder
  • 1 Teaspoon (tsp) salt
  • 1 Teaspoon (tsp) garlic salt

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  2. Brush one side of each pita pocket with olive oil.
  3. Sprinkle the oiled side with garlic powder, salt, and garlic salt.
  4. Divide each pita pocket into 4 even triangles.
  5. Arrange the triangles, oiled-side up, on a baking sheet.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 15 to 20 minutes, or until the pita chips turn a light brown color.
  7. Remove from the oven and let cool before serving.
