  • 1 Whole egg
  • 0.75 Cups milk
  • 1.5 Cups bran cereal
  • 1 Cup whole wheat flour
  • 1 Teaspoon (tsp) baking soda
  • 1 Teaspoon (tsp) ground cinnamon
  • 2 Tablespoons (tbsp) butter, melted
  • 1 Whole apple, shredded
  • 1 Whole ripe banana, mashed
  • 0.5 Cups honey

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Grease 12 muffin cups or line them with paper cupcake liners.
  2. Place the raisins in a microwave-safe bowl and cover them with water. Microwave on high for 1 minute to plump them up. Drain the raisins and set them aside.
