  • 3 Tablespoons (tbsp) cumin, ground
  • 1 Pinch salt, to taste
  • 1 Pinch pepper, to taste
  • 2 Tablespoons (tbsp) unsalted butter
  • 0.25 Small onion, minced
  • 0.25 Cup chicken broth

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Spread the tomatillos and jalapeños on a baking sheet and roast for 10-15 minutes until they are slightly charred and softened. This will enhance their flavors.
