- 4 Cups fresh cranberries
- 1 Cup raisins
- 1 Cup water
- 0.75 Cups brown sugar, packed
- 0.5 Cups white sugar
- 2 Teaspoons (tsp) cinnamon, ground

- 0.25 Teaspoons (tsp) cloves, ground
- 0.5 Cups onion, minced
- 0.5 Cups Granny Smith apple, minced
- 0.5 Cups celery, minced

- In a medium saucepan, combine the cranberries, raisins, water, brown sugar, white sugar, cinnamon, ginger, and cloves. Bring the mixture to a boil over medium-high heat.
