  • 1 1.27 Ounces (oz) packet dry fajita seasoning
  • 3 Tablespoons (tbsp) fresh cilantro, divided
  • 16 Ounces (oz) tortilla chips
  • 8 Ounces (oz) Monterey Jack cheese, shredded

Steps

  1. In a large pot over medium heat, melt the butter and sauté the minced garlic and minced onion until fragrant and translucent, about 5 minutes.
