- 3 Tablespoons (tbsp) fresh cilantro, divided
- 16 Ounces (oz) tortilla chips
- 8 Ounces (oz) Monterey Jack cheese, shredded

- In a large pot over medium heat, melt the butter and sauté the minced garlic and minced onion until fragrant and translucent, about 5 minutes.
