  • 1 Medium onion, minced
  • 1 Medium green bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 Cup tomato juice
  • Optional toppings: 1 Cup shredded cheese, 1 Cup sour cream, 1 Cup tortilla chips, 1 Cup sliced jalapeños, 1 Cup chopped green onions
