- 6 Cups water
- 4 Skinless, boneless chicken breasts
- 1 Medium onion, minced
- 1 15 Ounces (oz) can kidney beans, packaged
- 1 15 Ounces (oz) can ranch-style beans, packaged
- 1 15 Ounces (oz) can pinto beans, packaged
- 1 15 Ounces (oz) can black beans, drained
- 1 15 Ounces (oz) can white hominy, packaged
- 2 10 Ounces (oz) cans diced tomatoes with green chile peppers, packaged
- 1 1.25 Ounces (oz) package taco seasoning mix, packaged
- 1 1 Ounce (oz) package ranch dressing mix, packaged
Steps
- Combine the chicken and water in a large pot over high heat. Cook for 30 minutes to 1 hour, or until the chicken is fully cooked.
- Remove the chicken from the pot and cut it into bite-size pieces.
- Return the chicken to the pot. Add the minced onion, kidney beans, ranch-style beans, pinto beans, black beans, hominy, diced tomatoes with green chiles, taco seasoning, and ranch dressing mix.
