- 1 Large bay leaf
- 7 Small potatoes, peeled
- 1 Pound (lb) carrots, sliced
- 0.25 Cups all-purpose flour
- 0.25 Cups water
Steps
- Heat the vegetable oil in a large, heavy pot over medium heat. Add the venison stew meat and cook, stirring occasionally, until well browned, about 5 to 7 minutes.
- Add the minced onions and minced garlic to the pot. Cook and stir until the onions are translucent, about 5 minutes.
