- 0.5 Cup packed brown sugar
- 3.5 Tablespoons (tbsp) chili powder
- 1 Tablespoon (tbsp) cumin seeds
- 1 Tablespoon (tbsp) unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 Teaspoon (tsp) dried oregano
- 1 Teaspoon (tsp) ground cayenne pepper
- 1 Teaspoon (tsp) ground coriander
- 1 Teaspoon (tsp) salt
- 4 15 Ounces (oz) cans kidney beans, drained
- 4 Fresh hot chile peppers, minced

- Heat the vegetable oil in a large saucepan over medium heat. Add the minced onions, minced garlic, ground beef, and cubed sirloin. Cook for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the meat is well browned and the onions are tender.
