Ingredients

  • 1 - 9 Inches (in) unbaked pie crust, packaged
  • 1 - 9 Inches (in) unbaked pie crust, packaged
  • 1 1/3 - Cups white sugar
  • 1/3 - Cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 - Cups apples, sliced
  • 1 - Cup raspberries
  • 1 - Cup fresh blackberries
  • 1 - Cup fresh rhubarb, sliced

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  2. In a large bowl, stir together the white sugar and all-purpose flour.
  3. Add the sliced apples, raspberries, blackberries, and rhubarb to the sugar and flour mixture. Toss everything together until the fruits are well coated.
  4. Pour the fruit mixture into one of the unbaked pie crusts.
  5. Cover the pie with the second pie crust. Trim and seal the edges, then cut vents in the top crust to allow steam to escape.
  6. Bake the pie in the preheated oven for approximately 45 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the apples are tender.
