- 3 Cups rolled oats
- 1.67 Cups butterscotch chips
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
- In a large bowl, beat together the butter, white sugar, and brown sugar with an electric mixer until light and fluffy.
- Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Mix in the vanilla extract.
- In a separate bowl, stir together the flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt. Gradually add this flour mixture to the butter mixture, mixing until well blended.
- Stir in the rolled oats and butterscotch chips until evenly combined.
