- 1 Whole red onion, minced
- 1 Cup red bell pepper, minced
- 3 Whole Scotch bonnet chile peppers, minced
- 1 Large papaya, peeled
- 1 Whole head garlic, peeled
- 2 Tablespoons dry mustard powder
- 2 Cups white sugar
- 3 Cups dry white wine
- 1 Cup malt vinegar
- 1 Cup water
- 0.5 Cup lemon juice
- 2 Cups prepared yellow mustard
Steps
- Place the minced red onion, red bell pepper, Scotch bonnet chiles, papaya, and peeled garlic in a food processor. Pulse until finely minced.
