Ingredients

  • 1.5 Cups macaroni
  • 2 Tablespoons (tbsp) cider vinegar
  • 1 Cup shredded Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 0.5 Cup green bell pepper, minced
  • 0.25 Cup celery, minced
  • 3 Tablespoons (tbsp) green onion, sliced
  • 8 Whole cherry tomatoes
  • 1 Cup mayonnaise
  • 1 Pinch salt, to taste
  • 1 Pinch pepper, to taste
  • 0.25 Teaspoons (tsp) Beau Monde™ seasoning

Steps

  1. In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook the macaroni until al dente. Rinse under cold water and drain well.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the cooked macaroni and cider vinegar. Mix well and allow to sit for 15-20 minutes to absorb the flavors.
  3. Add the shredded Cheddar cheese, minced green bell pepper, minced celery, sliced green onions, cherry tomatoes, mayonnaise, salt, pepper, and Beau Monde™ seasoning to the macaroni.
  4. Mix all ingredients thoroughly until well combined.
  5. Refrigerate the salad until chilled, allowing the flavors to meld together.
