Ingredients
- 1.5 Cups macaroni
- 2 Tablespoons (tbsp) cider vinegar
- 1 Cup shredded Cheddar cheese, shredded
- 0.5 Cup green bell pepper, minced
- 0.25 Cup celery, minced
- 3 Tablespoons (tbsp) green onion, sliced
- 8 Whole cherry tomatoes
- 1 Cup mayonnaise
- 1 Pinch salt, to taste
- 1 Pinch pepper, to taste
- 0.25 Teaspoons (tsp) Beau Monde™ seasoning
Steps
- In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook the macaroni until al dente. Rinse under cold water and drain well.
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked macaroni and cider vinegar. Mix well and allow to sit for 15-20 minutes to absorb the flavors.
- Add the shredded Cheddar cheese, minced green bell pepper, minced celery, sliced green onions, cherry tomatoes, mayonnaise, salt, pepper, and Beau Monde™ seasoning to the macaroni.
