  • 2 Pounds (lb) elbow macaroni
  • 10 Ounces (oz) Swiss cheese, shredded
  • 10 Ounces (oz) mozzarella cheese, shredded

  • 0.5 Cup (c) milk
  • 1 Pinch salt, to taste
  • 0.125 Teaspoon (tsp) onion powder
  • 1 Pinch garlic powder, to taste
  • 0.25 Teaspoon (tsp) dried parsley
  • 3 Tablespoons (tbsp) margarine

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
  2. Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add the elbow macaroni and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until al dente. Drain the pasta.
