Ingredients

  • 1 10.5 Ounces (oz) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 Cup mayonnaise
  • 1 Large egg, whisked
  • 0.25 Cup onion, minced
  • 3 10 Ounces (oz) packages frozen broccoli florets
  • 8 Ounces sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 Pinch salt, to taste
  • 1 Pinch pepper, to taste
  • 1 Pinch paprika, to taste

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Butter a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  2. In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together the condensed soup, mayonnaise, egg, and minced onions until well combined.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, place the frozen broccoli florets and break them up if necessary. Add the soup mixture and mix well to coat.
  4. Sprinkle the shredded Cheddar cheese over the broccoli mixture and mix well. Spread the mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish.
  5. Season the casserole with a pinch of salt, a pinch of pepper, and a dash of paprika.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes to 1 hour, until the cheese has melted and the casserole is golden brown on top.
  7. Serve and enjoy!
