- 2 Cups uncooked grits
- 3 Cups Cheddar cheese, shredded
- 0.5 Cups butter, divided
- 1 Pound pork sausage, ground
- 12 Large eggs
- 0.5 Cups milk
- 1 Pinch salt, to taste
- 1 Pinch pepper, to taste
