  • 2 Cups uncooked grits
  • 3 Cups Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 0.5 Cups butter, divided
  • 1 Pound pork sausage, ground
  • 12 Large eggs
  • 0.5 Cups milk
  • 1 Pinch salt, to taste
  • 1 Pinch pepper, to taste

Steps
