  • 1 Cup onion, sliced
  • 8.5 Ounces corn bread mix, packaged
  • 0.5 Cups milk
  • 1 Cup cream-style corn, packaged
  • 1 Pinch hot pepper sauce, to taste
  • 1 Cup sour cream
  • 1 Cup sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Spray a 10x10 inch pan with non-stick cooking spray.
  2. In a medium skillet, sauté the onions in butter over medium heat until soft; set aside.
