  • 1 Teaspoon (tsp) garlic powder
  • 1 Tablespoon (tbsp) horseradish
  • 1 Tablespoon (tbsp) fresh parsley, minced
  • 1 Tablespoon (tbsp) fresh cilantro, minced
  • 2 Tablespoons (tbsp) Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 Tablespoons (tbsp) low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 Tablespoon (tbsp) chipotle-flavored hot sauce
  • 2 Pounds (lb) lean ground beef

Steps

  1. Melt the butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add the minced red onion and minced garlic; cook and stir until the onion softens and begins to turn brown, about 8 minutes.
  2. Transfer the cooked onion and garlic to a large bowl. Add the yogurt, salt, black pepper, cayenne pepper, mustard powder, garlic powder, horseradish, parsley, cilantro, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, and hot sauce. Whisk together until smooth.
