- 1 Cup fresh raspberries, mashed

- In a bowl, mix together 0.75 cups of Almond Breeze Unsweetened Original Almondmilk, 0.25 cups of chia seeds, and 1 tablespoon of maple syrup. Transfer to the fridge and allow to chill for 30 minutes.
- While the chia pudding is chilling, prepare the chocolate banana mousse. In a blender, combine 1 tablespoon of Almond Breeze Unsweetened Original Almondmilk, 1 large banana, 1 tablespoon of raw cacao powder, and 1 tablespoon of almond butter. Blend on high until smooth and creamy. Transfer the mixture to a bowl and stir in 2 tablespoons of chia seeds. Allow to chill until the chia pudding is ready.
- For the raspberry layer, mash 1 cup of fresh raspberries in a bowl just before serving.
- To serve, evenly distribute layers of chia pudding, chocolate banana mousse, and smashed raspberries into 3 jars. Enjoy immediately or store in the fridge for up to 2 days.
