- 0.5 Cups raisins
- 0.75 Teaspoons (tsp) cinnamon, ground
- 0.25 Teaspoons (tsp) ginger, ground
- 0.25 Teaspoons (tsp) allspice, ground
- 1 Pinch cloves, ground
- 1 Cup water
- 0.75 Cups sugar, white
- 2 Tablespoons (tbsp) cider vinegar
- 1 Teaspoon orange juice, fresh
- 1 Teaspoon orange zest
- 0.25 Cups dried cherries, minced
- 0.25 Cups pecans, minced
Steps
- In a medium bowl, combine the diced apricots, fresh cranberries, raisins, cinnamon, ground ginger, allspice, and ground cloves. Set aside.
- In a medium saucepan, bring the water and sugar to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly until the sugar is fully dissolved.
- Add the dried fruit mixture, cider vinegar, fresh orange juice, and orange zest to the saucepan. Stir well to combine.
