  • 1 Cup celery, minced
  • 3 Tablespoons shallots, minced
  • 1 Quart half-and-half cream
  • 2 12 Ounces fresh shucked oysters, undrained
  • 1 Pinch cayenne pepper, to taste
  • 1 Pinch salt, to taste
  • 1 Pinch ground black pepper, to taste

Steps
