• 0.25 Cups sweetened flaked coconut
• 1 Pinch sweetened flaked coconut, for decorating
• 1 Pinch whole cloves, for decorating

Steps

1. In a saucepan over medium-low heat, bring the sweetened condensed milk and butter to a simmer. Continue to cook, stirring often, until the mixture has reduced to half and thickened, about 20 minutes.
