  • 0.5 Cups mayonnaise
  • 2 Tablespoons (tbsp) fresh parsley, minced

  • 0.5 Teaspoons (tsp) seafood seasoning, such as Old Bay
  • 0.5 Teaspoons (tsp) dried mustard
  • 0.125 Teaspoons (tsp) ground black pepper
  • 2 Dashes hot pepper sauce, such as Tabasco
  • 1 Pound fresh lump crabmeat
  • 4 6 Ounces (oz) rockfish fillets

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Lightly grease an 8x8 baking dish.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine bread cubes, mayonnaise, parsley, butter, lemon juice, seafood seasoning, mustard, black pepper, and hot pepper sauce.
  3. Gently stir in the crabmeat until combined, being careful not to break the crab chunks.
  4. Place the fish fillets on a clean surface. Spoon 1/4 of the crab mixture onto one side of each fillet.
  5. Starting on the side with the crab mixture, roll up each fillet around the crab filling.
  6. Place the rolled fillets into the prepared dish, open sides down.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven until light brown and bubbly, and the fish flakes with a fork, about 15 minutes.
