  • 2 Cups boiling water
  • 1 16 Ounces (oz) can whole berry cranberry sauce, packaged
  • 1 8 Ounces (oz) can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 Cup celery, minced
  • 1 Cup pecans, chopped
  • 1 Teaspoon (tsp) orange zest, zested
  • 1 4 Ounces (oz) package cream cheese, softened
  • 0.5 Cup whipped topping, packaged

Steps

  1. In a large bowl, dissolve the raspberry Jell-O® mix in boiling water, stirring until completely dissolved.
  2. Stir in the cranberry sauce, drained pineapple, minced celery, chopped pecans, and orange zest until well combined.
