  • 16 Ounces (oz) medium seashell pasta, packaged
  • 1 Tablespoon (tbsp) vegetable oil
  • 10.75 Ounces (oz) condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 15 Ounces (oz) mixed vegetables, drained
  • 5 Ounces (oz) tuna, drained
  • 2 Cups Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 Pinch salt, to taste
  • 1 Pinch pepper, to taste

Steps

  1. Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil to the water to prevent the pasta from sticking. Add the seashell pasta and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until al dente. Drain the pasta and set aside. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  2. In a 2-quart saucepan over medium heat, combine the condensed cream of mushroom soup, drained mixed vegetables, drained tuna, and 1 cup of the shredded Cheddar cheese. Stir gently to mix the ingredients well.
  3. Fold the cooked pasta into the soup mixture, ensuring everything is thoroughly combined. Pour the pasta and soup mixture into an 11x7 inch baking dish. Sprinkle the remaining cup of Cheddar cheese evenly on top.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven until the cheese is melted and bubbly, approximately 20 minutes. Serve hot and enjoy your comforting casserole!
